Lanes Clink Liquor is a fruit-wine concept inspired by the improvised fruit wines long associated with prison culture — reimagined by Kevin Lane as a legitimate, premium commercial drinks brand. Where the original was made from whatever could be smuggled or saved, the modern product is crafted properly and bottled for the top shelf, not the cell block.
The product is a 14% ABV fruit wine, produced commercially rather than improvised. It pairs the gritty origin story of prison "hooch" with a legitimate recipe, a recognisable bottle, and a flavour range designed to appeal to curious drinkers rather than connoisseurs of contraband.
Lanes Clink is the clearest sign of a life rebuilt after the system: a venture built on a past that most would rather forget, turned into something that can be served, shared and sold. It stands alongside Kevin's autobiography and media work as part of the same story — fitted up, fought back, still standing, and now bottling it.
